This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Alabama Army National Guard. We require the following: Hyster, J30XN, Counterbalanced Sit-Down Electric Rider Lift Truck - 3,000lb, 3-Stage Full Free Lift Mast, 192" Maximum Lift Height with 680 AH Lead Acid Battery and watering system. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423830, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers; with a small business size standard of 100.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside only qualified offerors may submit quotes. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS A. Work performed is UNCLASSIFIED. The Contractor during the performance under this contract shall comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) security regulations and procedures. The Contractor shall coordinate with the P.O.C all issues dealing with access to Government buildings, facilities, or property. B. The Contractor will ensure that personnel have proper identification for entry or access to location. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized. Offers will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)).
