This is a sources sought for market research to identify qualified small businesses to provide Pre-Mission Readiness Training for the 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne). The requirement includes four specialized tactical courses: Mobile Force Protection, Advanced Skills Training, Surveillance Identification and Operations, and Asymmetrical Threat Survivability. Vendors must have immediate access to a training site within the continental United States with multiple paved/unpaved tracks including at least one 3/4-mile track, secure weapons storage, and a 1:3 instructor-to-student ratio with documented SOF experience. Core training must be performed by the contractor's own full-time cadre with no subcontracting of instructors, role players, or OPFOR. Interested firms should submit a capability statement demonstrating these capabilities and relevant past performance.
