The Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and quality control necessary to support the ALARNG Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package's (CERFP) Collective Training Exercise Vigilant Guard in Mobile County, Alabama. This action will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 561320-Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34M. The RFQ will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities' website on or about March 19, 2023 with quotes due on or about April 8, 2024. These dates are subject to change and may have a short reponse time. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on these websites. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Interested vendors may submit, via email, a request to be notified of the posting in SAM to Mr. Karey Elias. Phone requests will not be accepted. Faxed quotes and amendments will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Vendors are responsible to ensure the representations, and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current.
