This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation number is W912JA-23-R-0009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Alabama Army National Guard (ALARNG) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and quality control necessary to support the ALARNG Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Enhanced Response Force Package's (CERFP) Collective Training in Alexandria, Alabama (Pelham Range) at the Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS). This action will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 561320-Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $30.0M.
