All applicable provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The Government intends to establish Blanket Purcahse Agreements for catered meals through the State of Alabama for a period up to five (5) years to coordinate and provide meals in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS) and guidelines.
