This amendment includes copies of two maps that are attached to the announcement. And, this amendment moves to the due date for proposals as indicated in this update. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation number is W912JA-22-R-0010 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991: Septic Tank and related Services with a small business size standard of $8.0 million dollars. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Requirement: Provide permanent and temporary portalets (portable chemical latrines), hand washing stations, and waste removal within the grease traps located at the dining facilities (DFAC’s) across the Fort McClellan Training Center (FMTC) and Pelham Range. Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Alabama Wage Determination is attached. Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is included.. Period: Services are currently projected on a monthly basis beginning 1 July 2022 and ending 30 June 2027. (Base year with 4 option years). The actual start date of services is dependent on the date of award. Submit all requests for information NLT 03 June 2022 @1700 CST. RFI's must be sent to Mr. Karey Elias at karey.l.elias.civ@army.mil. Offorers are recommended to attend the only site visit being offered which will occur on 26 May 2022 at 1000 hours. Site visit information is as follows; Location- FMTC Main Enclave, building 2291. Potential offerors will report to the Fort McClellan Gate at 6799 McClellan Blvd #6787, Anniston, AL 26206 on the date and time identified below. Attendees should arrive at least 15 minutes prior start. FMTC Security will stage attendees for escort by FMTC LOG personnel. They will be escorted to building 2291. Attendees- Limited to 2 per business Security/Badging- NA, Escort will be provided. The Government requests that potential offerors notify Mr. Karey Elias at karey.l.elias.civ@army.mil of their intent to attend the site visit at least one day in advance of the event.
