THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine whether there are Small Businesses interested in and capable of meeting the following requirement: Security Observation Set (SOS) Base Kit, part # SOS-Base-Kit-v1. Developed by BCF Solutions S4 Tech division. The Security Observation Set (SOS) provides a modular security system for 3-5 man teams and forward operating bases. Each individual SOS kit provides a base station for command and control, low light cameras, video recording with adjustable motion detection, and video/power/data over CAT-5 technology. We will use information gathered in response to this notice to determine whether sufficient interest exists among Small Business to set the requirement aside for Small Business or for a subset of Small Businesses. If responses indicate a lack of sufficient Small Business interest, the Alabama National Guard may advertise the requirement unrestricted. At the time of this notice, we anticipate soliciting this requirement on or about 13 August 2021 with the intent of requiring delivery on or about 30 days after receipt of an order.
