This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is W912JA-19-T-5001 The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid 30 calendar days after the close of the solicitation. 2. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. 3. This solicitation is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS and associated NAICS code 721110 with the following small business standard $32.5M. 4. Descriptive Literature: Offerors shall submit copies of descriptive literature (with pictures) describing their proposed equipment with enough detail to ascertain whether the equipment meets the criteria listed above. b. Documents to be included: In order to be considered to award, offerors shall provide (1) a quote with appropriate supporting documentation. c. Rejection of Quotation: Failure to demonstrate compliance will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions. All responsible sources may submit an offer and will be considered. 6.
