This procurement is to provide structure at the main entrance of the installation to provide weather protection for the Security Forces personnel manning the gate. This procurement will be a Best Value acquisition based upon guidance listed in FAR 13.106-2. Evaluation factors are listed below. Description of Work The end objective of this procurement would be to have a structure to protect the Security Forces members from the weather. Minimum dimension for this structure would be 30’ wide, by approximately 40’ long, by 20’ at lowest point (above ground) on the structure over vehicle travel lanes. The structure will be installed at the main entry point to the installation. The structure will be installed adjacent to and/or over an existing guard house. Contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of the structure. See attached document for further details.
