Description This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3. Synopsis The 187th Fighter Wing (FW), Alabama Air National Guard, has a requirement to purchase a Brand Name or Equal, 1 each JLG 800AJ Articulating Jib Boom Lift in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Requirement. Vendors must complete CLIN pricing and all Vendor's Information in Paragraph 4, below. Please review these documents in their entirety for a complete description of this requirement. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333923 and the Size Standard for Small Business is 1,250 Employees. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price contract for these items, see Paragraph 7 Evaluation and Award Factors, page 40, for award basis.
