Inactive SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal dental support services for the Idaho National Guard, set aside 100% for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns. Services include dental exams and treatment, with a flat-rate monthly charge for up to 75 exams per month, plus case management and follow-on care (planning factor of 10–12% of cases). The anticipated period of performance is 27 September 2026 to 26 September 2027, with one 12-month option and up to a 6-month extension, and performance will be in Boise, Idaho (3489 W Harvard St, Boise, ID 83705). The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter providing the lowest acceptable quote, evaluated on technical approach, past performance, and price. Proposals must demonstrate understanding of the requirements; merely stating compliance with the PWS is insufficient.
