This opportunity is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside for behavioral health counseling services supporting Service Members and their immediate families. The required team consists of three full-time Behavioral Health Clinicians and one full-time Administrative Support position. Performance will primarily be at Joint Force Headquarters, Gowen Field Military Base, Boise, Idaho, with occasional regional travel to Guard offices in Caldwell, Twin Falls, Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Lewiston, and Post Falls. The base period of performance is September 27, 2026 through September 26, 2027, plus one 12-month option and an up-to-6-month extension. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the lowest acceptable quote based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
