All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. This information will be used for market research and acquisition strategy development. The Idaho National Guard (IDNG) seeks Small Business contractors who are responsive and responsible and able to manage the implementation of the Connection and Relationship Education (CARE) Program, which includes the planning and execution of site visits, marketing campaigns, trainings and briefings across the nation. See the attached performance work statement (PWS) for a representation of the work required and qualifications desired to successfully complete this work. IDNG anticipates a requirement under the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training Qualifications: As noted in the included PWS attached to this notice. Potential sources are requested to submit: Capability statement identifying current Small Business and Socio-economic business category and certification. Previous contracts to facilitate relational leadership to peers and subordinates. For requirement planning purposes; proposed phase-in time from contract award to staffing a team capable of meeting all aspects of the PWS. Any pertinent information your organization identifies as relevant for this type of requirement (Quality Control Plan (QCP), Statement of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statement (PWS), training schedules, incentives, or any related submission which may assist the Government with planning and the solicitation for the stated services requirement.
