This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J7-22-Q-0002 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This acquisition is set-aside (total) set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 339115, with a size standard of 1,000 employees.
