The contractor shall provide role players, SCVS reset, medical support, mannequins, and moulage capabilities for a 93rd CERFP CTE. Personnel assigned to this task shall possess the skills and expertise necessary to perform assigned tasks associated with this order. Contracted support is to enhance domestic contingency readiness. In an effort to provide conditions wherein the 93rd-CERFP service members are challenged with probable real-world situations moulaged role players, mannequins and the collapsed structure/ rubble pile simulate applicable CBRNE/ collapse structure incident effect conditions. The use of live role players is required for domestic contingency preparedness exercises and evaluations of CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), Homeland Response Force (HRF) and other National Guard CBRNE response capabilities.
