Objectives: The objective of the task is to assist and execute up to two (2) Table Top Exercises (TTX) and two (2) functional chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) weapons of mass destruction Field Training Exercises (FTX) in FY 2024 for the 93rd CST (HI) on Oahu, Hawaii. The two exercises are scheduled for 26-30 August 2024 and 16-20 September 2024. These exercises will create a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant Joint Training Environment to develop, exercise and assess application of the twelve National Guard Mission Essential Tasks outlined in the DTMS Combined Armed Training Strategy (CATS) Civil Support Team Mission Essential Tasks Background: 93rd WMD-CST is required to conduct exercises to test and practice its core competencies in a CBRN/HAZMAT response in conjunction with other civilian agencies. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be 2 months (01 August 2024 – 30 September 2024)
