ITEM DESCRIPTION: Light Sets (Light Tower) Allmand or equal QUANTITY: 19 each RENTAL DATES: 05/21/2024 to 06/13/2024 DELIVERY/PICK-UP LOCATIONS: Sixteen (16) Light Sets (Light Tower) will be needed for a duration of 13 days from 06/01/2024 to 06/13/2024. Light Sets (Light Towers) will be delivered to Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) Hilo, Hawaii on 05/21/2024 for Three (3) Light Sets (Light Tower) and 06/01/2024 for sixteen (16) Light Sets (Light Tower). The vendor’s quote shall include the following: 1. Price quotation, signed and dated 2. Vendor's SAM UEI# 3. Amendments or acknowledgements (if applicable), signed and dated Quotes are due by 11:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST) Sunday, May 19, 2024. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to warren.m.sabugo.civ@army.mil . Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. It is the Government’s intent to award without discussions. Vendors are encouraged to present their best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
