Approx... This solicitation is for Billet/room cleaning services which entails the cleaning a total of 50 rooms and 50 bathrooms. The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor in two separate buildings. Approximately 25 steps to 2nd floor. No elevator is available to reach 2nd floor. The cleaning consists of each room shall be swept and mopped. Windows, window seals, and mirrors shall be sanitized and wiped clean. All toilets, sinks, counters, and showers shall be scoured and sanitized. Cleaning will be required approximately 8 times per year. See attached solicitation. A site visit has been scheduled for 7 May 2024 at 10am HST.
