Also, provide qualified staff to supervise and conduct the high ropes course on their facilities. The contractor shall provide a safety brief to all participants before the activity. Each participant will complete and return the camps waiver before the activity. There will be no more than 6 no less than 4 staff members conducting the activity. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Contractor will provide lodging with individual beds, meeting space and meals for the Hawaii National Guard Child and Youth Symposium/Annual Camp May 31, 2024 to June 10, 2024 for 30 school-aged youth ages 6-18 and 6 adult volunteers.
