The solicitation number is W912J6-23-R-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485113 with a small business size standard of $28.5M. This requirement is small business set aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The requirement is for 53 Pax Bus Transportation in support of Tiger Balm Exercise 2023, picking up and drop off service members to and from multiple locations and dates in Oahu Hawaii. (See attached Solicitation with SOW) Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.
