Description of Supplies/Services: Connect various locations to a vendor privately owned MPLS backbone for data and voice with specified bandwidth and Quality of Service (QoS). QoS at all sites will be: 25% Real Time, 25% InterActive, 50% Business Priority.Each Primary location will connect to every Armory, including wired connection between each Primary location. Provide 24/7 managed services for this network (15 locations). Provide vendor technical support from industry certified experts. Monitor and maintain network. Provide notification of outages to HIARNG personnel. Provide comprehensive performance analysis to demarcation. Information obtainable to HIARNG through a web portal showing graphical traffic reports and device performance. Data to be gathered and stored by vendor for trending and overall network optimization and recommendation
