QUESTION & ANSWER***************** Q 1. I received the following BPA request but am a bit unclear on the needs for this month. Are you able to clarify exactly your guest room and meeting needs? A 1. BPA Call Order solicitations will specify the requirement, the number of rooms, number of nights, where we need a conference room or other requirement. A Blanket Purchase Agreement is solely an agreement. Once established, the vendors will be solicited for our BPA Call Order describing the requirement and have the opportunity to put their bid in if they're capable of fulfilling the order. ************************************************************************************************** Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Any quoter who is not the property owner OR which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party shall be deemed technically unacceptable. Quotes are due by 4:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, 21 September, 2021. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Robert Frank, robert.d.frank24.mil@mail.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Robert Frank, robert.d.frank24.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time Thursday, 16 September, 2021. Reference solicitation number in subject line. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages, and provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall, with submission, provide a completed 889 Certification (Attachment #3). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (FAR 52.212-1(g))
