Is the Contract for all 3 meals or only Lunch? A 1. BPA Call Order solicitations will specify the requirement, either 3 meals, lunch only or any combination. A Blanket Purchase Agreement is solely an agreement. Once established, the vendors will be solicited for our BPA Call Order describing the requirement and have the opportunity to put their bid in if they're capable of fulfilling the order. Q 2. Breakfast Requirement says 5 cups of fruit, and the lunch requirement says 3 cups of fruit per lunch meal, are those amounts accurate? A 2. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Genavi Pablico at Genavi.p.pablico.civ@mail.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Genavi Pablico at Genavi.p.pablico.civ@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time Thursday, 16 September, 2021. Reference solicitation number W912J6-21-Q-0040 in subject line. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages, and must provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall, with submission, provide a completed 889 Certification (Attachment #3). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
