The NAICS code is 451140 and the small business size standard is $11M. All proposals must include Federal Tax ID, CAGE code and DUNS number. The Government intends to evaluate proposals without discussions (except clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)). The award will be based on specification, performance and Price. The government intends to issue a single award. Vendors shall submit questions related to this combined synopsis/solicitation not later than 5:45 p.m. on 8 July 2019.
