The requirement is rental of total 73 20ft Containers (average 15,000 - 25,000 lbs, not to exceed 35,000 lbs) for 7-8 months. Containers will have to be sea-worthy, containers will be loaded up with equipment and ship to/from Louisiana. Requirement is to drop off the containers to the following locations, and picked up after 7-8 months later. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 332439 – (Other Metal Container Manufacturing). SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT FOR RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: 1) Your intent to submit a quote for this requirement when it is formally advertised; 2) Name of firm with address, phone number, e-mail address, and point of contact 3) Cage code and Unique Entity ID#; 4) Size of firm including category of small business, such as 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); 5) Statement of Capability stating your skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the specific type of work; 6) Government intent to issue a single purchase order, but may consider multiple award.
