****Proposal Due Date is Extended to 13 January 2022, no later than 5:00pm (HST).**** The objective of the task is to assist and execute a Table Top Exercise (TTX) and a Full Scale Pharmaceutical Base... ****Proposal Due Date is Extended to 13 January 2022, no later than 5:00pm (HST).**** The objective of the task is to assist and execute a Table Top Exercise (TTX) and a Full Scale Pharmaceutical Based Agent (PBA) Weapons of Mass Destruction Field Training Exercise (FTX) in FY 2022 for the 93rd CST (HI), at the following locations and dates: Maui County (15-18 February 2022), Hawaii County (18-22 April 2022) Kauai County (11-15 July 2022). These exercises will create a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant Joint Training Environment to develop, exercise and assess application of the twelve National Guard OBJ-T Mission Essential Tasks outlined in the DTMS Combined Armed Training Strategy (CATS) Civil Support Team Mission Essential Tasks as applied to the emerging threat of PBA materials. Background: 93rd WMD-CST is required to conduct exercises to test and practice its core competencies in a CBRN/HAZMAT response in conjunction with other civilian agencies. The 93rd WMD-CST conducts these exercises on the neighboring islands to build the interoperability between agencies, and the team loses its ability to practice its craft if the team is heavily engaged in planning and running the exercise rather than playing as a participant. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be nine months (Jan 2022 to September 2022)
