This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-21-Q-0046, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 Effective July 12, 2021.This procurement is being solicited as 8(a) Set-Aside. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment. The Hawaii Army National Guard, USPFO proposes to procure complete and upgrade of audio/visual systems for the USPFO small conference room located at BLD 117 in Kapolei, Hawaii. Procurement will include purchase and installation of wall mounted monitors, cameras, speakers, and microphones managed by touchpad control system. (See attached descriptions and required specs for VTC) Contract Award will be written with 1 CLIN: CLIN 0001 USPFO Conference Room AV /VCT Quantity: 1 UNIT: Lot Total Amount:$________________. Quotes are due by 10:30 AM Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, 21 September, 2021. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Jay Renguul at jay.renguul.mil@mail.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Jay Renguul at jay.renguul.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time Friday, 17 September, 2021. Reference solicitation number in subject line. Submissions shall not exceed 20 pages, and provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall, with submission, provide a completed 889 Certification (See attached 889). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
