This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-21-Q-0041 for Maui Meals, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 Effective July 12, 2021. This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 311991 - Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing, with a size standard in number of employees: 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: The HING has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Meals for Inactive Duty (ID), Active Duty (AD), Full-Time National Guard Duty (FTNGD), Federal Service, Yellow Ribbon Events, or when other incidents requiring meals. Inactive Duty (ID) is categorized of Inactive Duty Training (IDT) consisting of regularly scheduled unit training periods (regularly scheduled drills), additional IDT periods, and voluntary IDT at Maui, Hawaii See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W912J6-21-Q-0041 for Maui Meals Quotes are due by 4:30 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, 21 September, 2021.
