This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912J6-21-Q-0041 for Maui Meals, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 Effective July 12, 2021. This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 311991 - Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing, with a size standard in number of employees: 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: The HING has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Meals for Inactive Duty (ID), Active Duty (AD), Full-Time National Guard Duty (FTNGD), Federal Service, Yellow Ribbon Events, or when other incidents requiring meals. Inactive Duty (ID) is categorized of Inactive Duty Training (IDT) consisting of regularly scheduled unit training periods (regularly scheduled drills), additional IDT periods, and voluntary IDT at Maui, Hawaii See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W912J6-21-Q-0041 for Maui Meals Quotes are due by 4:30 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, 21 September, 2021. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Jay Renguul at jay.renguul.mil@mail.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Jay Renguul at jay.renguul.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time Thursday, 16 September, 2021. Reference solicitation number in subject line. Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages, and provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall, with submission, provide a completed 889 Certification (See attached 889). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
