The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for Band Instruments, this solicitation is for brand name only. This solicitation is reserved only for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must be registered and have a current registration in Systems for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provision 52.204-7.
