This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE; not a PRE-SOLICITATION notice or SOLICITATION for proposals/quotations. NO CONTRACT will be awarded from this announcement. All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is VOLUNTARY and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey WILL NOT be returned. Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by the United States Property and Fiscal Office for New Mexico (USPFO - NM) to identify SMALL BUSINESS sources with advertising rights for New Mexico transit and Park&Ride buses. This requirement is for two each of the following: 1. Gallup Express back wraps (61x67 inches) 2. Grants-Cibola Area Transit back wraps (61x64 inches) 3. Northern New Mexico Park&Ride back wraps Interested vendors should provide all the following information: 1.
