This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing a boiler in building 1077. The deadline to submit questions and request for information (RFI) for this requirement is close of business seven calendar days prior to the bid opening date. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. The solicitation will be made available immediately, this requirement has been set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors, the size standard is $15.0 Million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
