The contractor shall service and clean each latrine. Cleaning shall at a minimum consist of removing any trash; spray (wash) out interior with clean water; removal of “black water” and replaced with deodorizing disinfecting “blue” water; provide all toilet paper and replace toilet paper in each latrine as needed. Provide two “grey water” 200-gallon water containers and remove and dispose of grey water at cantonment area of Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site. Containers are to be serviced.
