THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE POSTED AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE ON THE SAME DATE OF THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote for this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation provision 52.204-7.
