Contractor shall provide multimedia marketing services consisting of a multimedia-based or focused website with custom media, a smartphone application, targeted personal communications, social media integration, search engine optimization, and the ongoing service or maintenance of all products, deliverables, and services for the duration of the period of performance. All multimedia marketing products, deliverables, and services shall be provided in full at an acceptable quality level and available for both NMARNG and public viewing and use within 60 days of the effective date of contract award. All multimedia marketing products, deliverables, and services provided shall be provided with the intent or purpose of inducing qualified persons to join the New Mexico Army National Guard.
