Offerors are to submit proposal in a Microsoft Word extension (.pdf,.dox) file, electronic copy and directed via e-mail to the Contracting Officer at curtis.p.clements.mil@army.mil We cannot receive e-mails if they contain compressed attachments. Ensure all files are free of viruses. Our security software blocks these types of e-mails. This RFP is an offer call for all items or none. The solicitation closing date is 4 August 2022, 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. All correspondences shall reference solicitation number W912J2-22-Q-0025 and the solicitation closing date. 2. The offeror shall confirm with contracting office that submitted proposal was received. Proposals will be nonresponsive if not received by the solicitation closing due date. Re-send your e-mail submission if you do not receive a receipt confirmation. If you do not receive a receipt confirmation after the second transmission, contact the Contract Officer. The Offeror shall submit an unclassified proposal which demonstrates its ability to perform and meet the requirements in paragraph 8 Specifications.
