The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wisconsin, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-05, effective 07 Mar 2021. (iv) This requirement is unrestricted with an applicable NAICS Code of 721110. Hotels (Except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a small business size standard of $35M. (v) The Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) seeks the following: Item: Qty/Unit General Session Meeting Rooms: 1/Each Breakout Meeting Rooms: 2/Each Child & Youth Room: 1/Each Nanny Room: 1/Each Resource Area: 1/Each Registration Area: 1/Each Adult Meals: 600/Each Children Meals: 100/Each Audio/Video Equipment Package: 1/Each Double Occupancy Sleeping Rooms: 180/Each (vi) Description of requirement: The WIARNG will conduct a Badger Yellow Ribbon event on June 25th-26th, 2022 and will need large conference space to include hotel rooms, meals, and audio visual equipment. The WIARNG is seeking a family-friendly facility to accommodate this event within 125 miles of Sparta, WI 54656. Any quote must conform to this RFQ and the attached Statement of Work. *****All conference space must be within one building and all meals must be served within that building. The required sleeping rooms can be in neighboring hotels but must be within two miles distance from the conference space.***** (vii) Delivery schedule shall be 25 June 2022 to 26 June 2022. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technically acceptable includes: 1. Conformance to the Statement of Work. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. It is your responsibility to make sure your quote is received. Instructions to Offerors: 1. Quotes in response to this solicitation MUST include the Offeror's CAGE Code or DUNS Number. 2. Quotes must be valid until 26 June 2022. 3. Your pricing schedule must clearly annotate pricing or the words, "not separately priced" or "no cost" for each requirement identified. Omission of no cost line items may cause your quote to be non-responsive. Unit prices shall include all applicable fees, to include any non exempt taxes. 4. Offer shall submit two packages. PACKAGE 1 Offer shall submit one (1) copy of Technical information of their ability to meet the reqirments itdentifed in the Statement of Work. Provide a narrative and/or plan which demonstrates your company’s ability to provide the following, incompliance with the Statement of Work: i. Required conference space to include capacity and seating arrangements. ii. Required Audio/Visual equipment including set up. iii. Required catered meals, including box lunches of quality and value consistent with the Federal per diem rate. iv. Required number of hotel rooms needed. PACKAGE 2 Offer shall submit one (1) copy of completed Price Breakdown Worksheet. 5. All contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM. 6. It is the interested Offeror's responsibility to check beta.sam.gov for updated information. *****The requested number of meals and hotel rooms are estimated based on the expected number of attendees. The WIARNG will provide the successful offeror exact number of meals and rooms no later than June 10, 2022.***** (xvi) All questions shall be in writing.
