The Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for lodging for Inactive-Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), and other mission related happenings in the following Wisconsin locations: Superior, Ashland, Hayward, Spooner, Rice Lake, New Richmond, River Falls, Menomonie, Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Arcadia, Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Merrill, Antigo, Wausau, Mosinee, Abbotsford, Neillsville, Black River Falls, Onalaska, Sparta, Viroqua, Tomah, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Clintonville, Waupaca, Berlin, Ripon, Portage, Baraboo, Reedsburg, Mauston, Prairie Du Chien, Platteville, Monroe, Janesville, Beloit, Fort Atkinson, Watertown, Oconomowoc, Whitewater, Elkhorn, Hartford, West Bend, Sussex, Waukesha, Burlington, Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Madison, Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond Du Lac, Waupun, Green Bay, Two Rivers, Plymouth, Marinette, Fort McCoy, Camp Williams The WIARNG intends to enter into a multiple award BPA for a period of up to five years (approx. Oct 2021 to Oct 2026). Lodging facilities must be within twenty (20) road miles of the towns listed above. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for details. All qualified and interested Large and Small Business vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as of the date of award determination to be eligible for award.
