The Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)s for subsistence for Inactive-Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), and other mission related happenings in the following Wisconsin locations: ABBOTSFORD, ANTIGO, APPLETON, ARCADIA, ASHLAND, BARABOO, BELOIT, BERLIN, BLACK RIVER FALLS, BURLINGTON, CAMP DOUGLAS, CHIPPEWA FALLS, CLINTONVILLE, EAU CLAIRE, ELKHORN, FOND DU LAC, FORT ATKINSON, GREEN BAY, HARTFORD, HAYWARD, JANESVILLE, KENOSHA, MADISON, MARINETTE, MARSHFIELD, MAUSTON, MEDFORD, MENOMONIE, MERRILL, MILWAUKEE, MONROE, MOSINEE, NEILLSVILLE, NEW RICHMOND, OAK CREEK, OCONOMOWOC, ONALASKA, OSHKOSH, PLATTEVILLE, PLYMOUTH, PORTAGE, RAIRIE DU CHIEN, RACINE, REEDSBURG, RHINELANDER, RICE LAKE, RICHLAND CENTER, RIPON, RIVER FALLS, SPARTA, SPOONER, STEVENS POINT, SUPERIOR, SUSSEX, TOMAH, TOMAHAWK, TWO RIVERS, VIROQUA, WATERTOWN, WAUKESHA, WAUPACA, WAUPUN, WAUSAU, WEST BEND, WHITEWATER, WI RAPIDS The WIARNG intends to enter into a multiple award BPA for a period of up to five years (approx. Oct 2021 to Oct 2026). Catering or restaurant facilities must be within twenty (20) road miles of the towns listed above. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for details and instructions to offerors. All qualified and interested Large and Small Business vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as of the date of award determination to be eligible for award.
