Amendment 002 has been added and attached below to clarify the room quantities as a result of the following Question: Q: Upon review of your solicitation the room count listed for CLIN 0001 says 96 room nights but the room quantity and dates ads up to 70 room nights. For CLIN 0002 you have 826 room nights listed but the quantities and dates add up to 718 room nights. Please clarify if you expect more rooms or then listed or if the room night counts are incorrect. A: The room quantities are changed as follows: CLIN 0001 Officer Hotel Rooms in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This includes 6 (each) single occupancy lodging rooms for 14 nights, check in 5 June 2021, check out 19 June 2021: 84 room nights @ $_________ (each) = $___________ CLIN 0002 Enlisted Hotel Rooms in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This includes 52 (each) double occupancy lodging rooms and 7 (each) single occupancy lodging rooms for 14 nights, check in 5 June 2021, check out 19 June 2021: 826 room nights @ $_________ (each) = $___________ Please see the attached Compbined Synipsis/Solicitation for details of this request for proposals. This amendment is changing the proposal due date/time to 28 May 2021 @ 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time. In addition, the following questions were asked: Q: Can you please clarify if you are wanting lodging in the Pearl MS city limits or within a 10 mile radius of Pearl? A: Location must be within the city limits of Pearl, MS, specifically within one half mile radius from the intersection of Interstate 20 and South Pearson Road. Q: Also are you willing to split up hotel rooms between 3 hotels. They are all in the same cul de sac within walking distance of each other. A: Lodging can be split between three hotels as long as they are all located within the same 0.25 mile radius. Q: Are we allowed to offer multiple hotels as a single prime contractors? If yes, is there distance limit between 2 or three hotels? A: See answer above. Q: SOW states that meals will be served. Is it 3 times a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner? Any meals require delivery to a different location? A: Meals are not required or requested as part of this solicitation.
