Description (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number assigned to this action is W912J2-21-Q-0006. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wisconsin, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. (iii) All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04, effective 19 Jan 2021. (iv) This requirement is unrestricted with an applicable NAICS Code of 721110. Hotels (Except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a small business size standard of $35M. (v) The Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) seeks the following: Item: Qty/Unit General Session Meeting Rooms: 5/Each Breakout Meeting Rooms: 2-3/Each Privacy Rooms: 5/Each Resource Area: 1/Each Registration Area: 1/Each Adult Breakfast Meals: 550/Each Adult Lunch Meals: 1,100/Each Adult Dinner Meals: 550/Each Audio/Video Equipment Package: 1/Each Sleeping Rooms: 300/Each (vi) Description of requirement: The WIARNG will conduct a Badger Yellow Ribbon event on February 20th-21st, 2021 and will need large conference space to include hotel rooms, meals, and audio visual equipment. The WIARNG is seeking a family-friendly facility to accommodate this event within the state of WI and within 50 miles of Appleton, WI 54911. Any quote must conform to this RFQ and the attached Statement of Work. *****All conference space must be within one hotel and all meals must be served within that hotel. The required sleeping rooms can be in other neighboring hotels but must be within immediate walking distance.***** (vii) Delivery schedule shall be 20 February 2021 to 21 February 2021. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Technically acceptable includes: 1. Conformance to the Statement of Work. A firm fixed price contract award is anticipated. (x) The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items with a quote, or be currently registered in the SAM website with Representations and Certifications completed. Quotes must be valid until 22 February 2021. 3. Your pricing schedule must clearly annotate pricing or the words, "not separately priced" or "no cost" for each requirement identified. Omission of no cost line items may cause your quote to be non-responsive. Unit prices shall include all applicable fees, to include any nonexempt taxes. 4. All contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Offerors shall ensure SAM registration is active. Contractors are encouraged to complete SAM registration as soon as possible; the government may not delay award for the purpose of allowing a contractor time to register in SAM. 5.
