This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912J2-20-R-0009 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812332 – Industrial Laundry Service The requirements of this contract include providing all qualified personnel, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Industrial Laundry Services and provide shop towels for the Wisconsin Army National Guard Maintenance Facilities, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and (two) 12-month option periods. Please see the attached documents and follow the proposal instructions within the SF 1449, W912J2-20-R-0009 Solicitation in order to compile a proposal for consideration.
