This requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621399 - Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a Small Business size standard of $7.5 million dollars. The requirements of this contract include providing all qualified personnel, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, to perform Non-Clinical Case Management and Medical Records Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement for the Wisconsin Army National Guard.
