The USPFO for Wisconsin intends to award a firm fixed priced contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical/Management Capability in order to meet the Government requirement; (iii) Price Include the following with your proposal: (i) 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS - The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) accessed hrough https://www.sam.gov. (ii) Technical Management Capability document - A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. (ii) Signed and dated offer complete with pricing on the attached SF 1449 to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation.
