This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W912J2-19-R-0002. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wisconsin, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Camp Douglas, WI 54618. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Industrial Laundering Services that will consist of one base year + 4 option years to be optioned at the discretion of the Wisconsin Army National Guard. This IDIQ service will encompass the entire state of WI. A list of specific locations will be listed in the attached Performance Work Statement. This solicitation is issued as UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industry Classification System code is 812332 with a size standard of $38.5 Million. The Government intends to issue a single award to one offeror. The award will be based off of the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. In order to be determined Technically Acceptable, each offeror must demonstrate a clear understanding of the Performance Work Statement and show applicable past performance. Past performance must include the contract number, size and scope of the requirement and a point of contact. Provide a minimum of 2 references. Past Performance will be evaluated on a GO/NOGO basis. Vendors shall use the attached spreadsheet titled Vendor Pricing Sheet. All years must be priced Each Line item will consist of a maximum of 365 days. The 1st start date will occur shortly after award. Projected start date of February, 13th 2019.
