COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912J2-19-Q-7020 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, dated 12 July 2019. This requirement is set-aside 100% Total Small business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $15.0 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CABLE TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION MODERNATION Cable television distribution plant, installation, upgrade, performance and quality tuning. All cable television wiring, terminations, bonding, grounding, and equipment required to install, upgrade and perform necessary modifications to the existing cable television distribution system necessary to bring signal quality at the television within manufacturer or industry standards and provide a quality viewing experience.
