This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912J2-19-Q-7019 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, dated 12 July 2019. This requirement is set-aside 100% Total Small business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard of $15.0 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICS The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to repair an existing elevator to ensure serviceability at Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov database at the time of quotation. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on 6 August 2019 at 9:00 AM CDT at 100 Independence Dr. Camp Douglas WI 54618 BLDG 565. Information provided at this site visit, as well as answers to questions, shall not alter the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Contact the Volk Field Contracting Office by 31 July 2019 at 1:00 PM to coordinate attendance. Failure to do so may inhibit participation at the site visit.
