COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912J2-19-Q-7018 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, dated 12 July 2019. This requirement is set-aside 100% Small business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, with a size standard of $15 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotations. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: HARDWOOD RANGE, GATE FIBER OPTIC CABLE INSTALL The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Fiber Optic Cable Installation at Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Hardwood Range Complex as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov database at time of offer. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on 1 August 2019 at 10:00 AM CDT at the Hardwood Range Complex, N16226 Brandt Road, Necedah, WI 54646-7035. Information provided at this site visit, as well as additional answers to questions, shall not alter the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Contact the Volk Field Contracting Office by 30 July 2019 at 1:00 PM CDT to coordinate attendance. Failure to do so may inhibit participation at the site visit.
