COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912J2-19-Q-7007 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, dated 10 December 2018. This requirement is set-aside 100% Small business. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools, with a size standard of $15 Million. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit proposals. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: TACTICAL FACILITATOR SERVICES The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Tactical Facilitator Services at Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) as defined in this PWS.
