COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Solicitation W912J2-19-Q-7002 incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01, dated 20 December 2018. This requirement is set-aside 100% Small businesses. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335122 Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 Employees. All qualified Small Businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit proposals. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Volk Field Base Lighting - CREE LED Lights The contractor shall provide all supplies as required to by the solicitation for Volk Field Base Lighting - CREE LED Lights. The anticipated delivery schedule is 90 Days ADC. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS: This solicitation is NOT subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards (FAR 52.222-41).
