The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is seeking innovative commercial products, technologies, or services through a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO). This is a general solicitation where proposals are competitively awarded based on peer review, and submitted solutions do not need to be currently available on the market. All accepted solutions will be treated as commercial items and procured using commercial procedures.
